Q. Ashley, could I please start with your coffee order?
A. My coffee order is an oat milk half-strength latte.
Q. How long have you worked at Northern Health, and in what roles?
A. I have worked with Northern Health since the amalgamation in November 2023 as the associate maternity unit manager at Kilmore District Hospital.
Q. What are the best things about working at Northern?
A. The best thing about working at Northern Health is the incredible team of midwives and obstetricians I get to work with at Kilmore District Hospital.
Q. What would your perfect weekend look like?
A. My perfect weekend would be camping with my family and friends at a lake or river.
Q. Which of the Northern Health values resonates the most with you, and why?
A. The Northern Health value that most resonates with me is “Together”. It is all about working as a team with both colleagues and the families we serve, to provide individualised, holistic care to our community.
Q. Where has been your favourite place to travel and why?
A. My favourite place I have travelled to is Tasmania. Hobart is the most beautiful city, and the landmarks and untouched pockets of nature are simply stunning.
