What is the Service?
Ian Brand Residential Care, located at the Bundoora campus of Northern Health provides what is called custodial care, including getting in and out of bed, and providing assistance with feeding, bathing, and dressing. We also provide a high level of medical care with skilled nursing care available on site 24 hours a day. Our philosophy is about encouragement, kindness and compassion, and to uphold dignity, privacy and comfort.
What can I expect from the service?
Ian Brand Residential Care is a high care, public sector residential aged care facility. We have single bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses Division 1 and 2 .

Ian Brand Residential Care is fully accredited and offers the following services:
Single rooms with shared bathroom, 24 hour emergency call system available from all bedrooms and living areas
Resident focused care with trained staff, including a Registered Nurse, on duty 24 hours per day. The facility is surrounded by spacious garden areas and pathways.
Hairdressing, On site laundry services, Pastoral care services.
Allied Health services including physiotherapy are available on site and access is available to visiting podiatrist, specialists (including eye care) as required
General Practitioners and Lifestyle Enhancement Program
